The staff at this office and its counterpart on Beville Road have been patient with questions and providing care for myself and my husband. They are extremely friendly and responsive over the phone, in addition to the wonderful face to face experiences we’ve had.

My husband and I switched our primary care to Excellence Health back in August of 2025 while residing in Port Orange and was assigned to Cindy Perdue who was wonderful. In September of 2025 we moved to Edgewater and Cindy then re-assigned us to the New Smyrna Beach office that had recently opened there. At first we were a bit scared because we were happy with Cindy. A few weeks after our move Michelle Huff the Medical Assistant at the New Smyrna Beach office called to get us set up with appointments for our new primary care journey. She was surprisingly encouraging and happy to be working with us (which you don't see much anymore). I am a paraplegic from the waist down and my husband has scleroderma and Raynaud's Syndrome so we are not easy patients. We can not pass enough PRAISE and APPRECIATION on to Michelle Huff who is always there willing to help, and go above and beyond when I call with issues I'm having. She jumps right on the issue and truly cares about what's going on, and if need be gets with Dr. Niki Patel or Dr. Husam Eddin to find the resolution. I can not explain fully, with mere words, how happy I am to be a patient at the Daytona Beach Clinic (but watch me try anyway). I have been living here for over a year, and finding a PCP and office I was comfortable with was no easy task. I tried a couple of other clinics out before I stumbled upon Excellence Health, and was either encountered with a non-welcoming stance, or physicians that acted like they didn't care. It was so heartbreaking, that I had given up on finding a PCP altogether. Then I needed one. Randomly, I called Excellence Health and from the very first phone call, I knew I had found the right place. Very pleasant, welcoming, understanding, and got me an appt quickly to match my schedule. I saw Rose Boscaino, NP and I instantly felt at ease, in where I had no hesitation explaining my concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and offered so many insights and things to try (simple things that I hadn't thought of myself) to help me along my health journey. She has gone above and beyond any expectations I had before I walked through the door and I could not ask for a better practitioner to be in my corner. I plan on being a lifelong patient at Excellence Health. I've
